Ever wondered what heaven might look like? Well, I have a feeling that Grand Teton National Park comes pretty close to it in beauty! Alexandra and Ryan had a gorgeous and intimate ceremony at Schwabacher’s Landing. This spectacular location is known worldwide for its stunning view of the river, forest, and of course, the Grand Teton mountains. If you are ever in the area, the park is a must see! The newlyweds also took portraits at Schwabacher’s Landing and Mormon Row, where you can sometimes see buffalo, and check out the historic buildings dating back to the late 1800s! Following the ceremony, the sweet couple and their guests headed to their reception at Jackson Hole Winery by the water, which overlooks the Tetons. 

About Jackson Hole Winery Reception Venue

The unique Jackson Hole Winery reception venue can accommodate anywhere from 2 to 55 guests, and best of all, they provide their own house-made wines! There were so many emotions this day, and watching Alexandra’s family interact and cry happy tears was incredibly touching. The love between them was palpable, and it was an honor to capture these priceless moments for them. The bride even did a mother/daughter dance that was really sweet and emotional (I love that idea!).

Before each photoshoot, I like to ask couples to share their overall vision is for the photos. Alexandra and Ryan wished for romantic, intimate, and warm photos so they could feel the love when looking back at their wedding day memories. They wanted their photos to be an authentic reflection of their day. They also wanted to try and capture the breathtaking landscape with a balance of both candid moments and a few traditional wedding portraits, too. The photos turned out beautifully, and I truly enjoyed working with such a wonderful couple!
