Manor House Wedding | Elegant All-Inclusive Colorado Venue

As far as Rocky Mountain wedding venues go, the Manor House is one of the most historic beauties of the bunch. Even better, it’s an all-inclusive Colorado wedding venue, so you don’t have to lift a finger or spend time gathering a vendor team if you’re planning a destination wedding.

Manor House History

Established in 1914, the Shaffer family wanted to create a place on their ranch for friends and family to get together. It just so happens that their friends were some of the most prominent dignitaries of the time. After building a news media empire, John Shaffer hired the same architect who designed Denver’s luxury Oxford hotel to create a beautiful mansion with 20 bedrooms and plenty of living space, cozy fireplaces included. The Shaffers were friends with three presidents: Roosevelt, Taft, and Harding, as well as the Indiana senator. It’s said that when the Manor House flagpole was lit, that was an invitation for their social community to come wine and dine.

Colorado’s Premier All-Inclusive Wedding Venue in the Rockies

Now, the Manor is open to welcome guests who want to host an elegant celebration with stunning views of the Colorado Rockies and the Denver skyline. One of the most remarkable things about this property is the ceremony setup in front of the Dakota Hogback—a sharp dip between two hillsides—and you can see Denver right in the middle! It makes for really unique landscape photos.

You and your guests will have the entire manor for your wedding day, plus access to the manor’s six acres to explore, mix and mingle, and enjoy the views. The options for first looks and couple portraits are phenomenal!

Hosting up to 250 guests, this chic and modern Colorado wedding venue offers the following:

  • Wedding planning
  • Day-of coordinator
  • Getting ready suites/rooms
  • Multiple ceremony locations (intimate library setting, bright & spacious reception room, or several outdoor options)
  • Drink & bar service
  • Catering
  • Tables, chairs & Linens
  • Décor
  • Vendor recommendations for anything else

3 Perks of Booking an All-Inclusive Wedding Venue

Less commute time, more photos and memories.

If everything is all in one place, you don’t have to commute to several different places for good photos and good lighting. Instead, you can spend more time with each other and those you love (which means more candid photos you’ll love later)! An all-inclusive venue helps you make efficient use of your photography and videography coverage.

Less stress, more fun!

On that note, you won’t feel so restricted by your timeline and anxious to get everyone in place on time. You’re free to relax and enjoy the day. Instead of rushing around and wondering if the décor, catering, or cake has been taken care of, you can enjoy the day freely, knowing it’s all in place just a few steps away.

Save & Splurge

If you’re looking for a more cost-effective way to get it all, an all-inclusive venue can help you do that without skimping. DIY or completely customized weddings with a diverse vendor team can get expensive fast, and sometimes you don’t know how much you’re actually spending in each area until the end. For the most part, you can know that total amount—or at least a pretty accurate ballpark range—up front with an all-inclusive venue.

That said, you may be able to save more than you anticipated. That gives you extra room and flexibility to splurge on something you like—like your outfits, entertainment, extra photo coverage, etc.
